The view from the start gate is pretty sweet here in La Bresse. The town and pit is directly below the ramp.

It seems like the locals thought they were building a ski jump not a start ramp. And yes it s mandatory. For everyone.

There s been a few changes to the track here for this year. The mini technical drop to the road section that a few guys launched is now much less dramatic save for the gap jump they added mid section.

The gnarly off camber rock section is still here. There will be riders all over the joint in practice. If it is anything like 2 years ago two main lines will develop come race day.

It s actually a decent sized jump when you see it from the side.d

Look for a few guys to go tight inside others to go outside and the most adventurous to go right over the middle.

The first pic looked like the course would suck. But the rest redeemed it in my opinion. Looks like they made a fun track out of the available terrain. Not my idea of a the perfect course, but excellent to have on the WC circuit. Can't wait to see this one shredded on race day!

reminds me of the early 90's when we had no race trails but farmers let us use their hills for racing, lot's of grass, not allot of grip. can't wait to watch!
